You book sessions with coaches when you are available using your ideamix account. All our sessions are remote. You will need Zoom on your computer, an internet connection, mic and web camera for your session.
You are charged only when you book a session or package with a coach. Coaches block out their time when you book with them. Sessions are currently non-refundable but can be rescheduled 24 hours before your session. If you have further questions, contact us at info@theideamix.com
Yes, absolutely. We offer 3, 6 and 12 session packages. The packages are more cost effective than booking single sessions.

You can work with your selected coach by booking session packages. Once you buy a package you can schedule all or some of the sessions based on your convenience.

FAQs for Coaches
ideamix will help you grow your business while allowing you to focus on your coaching practice. We market you to coaching-ready clients, use an algorithm to match you with individual clients and handle all scheduling and payment. This partnership allows you to save time and energy so that you can focus on what you love doing and leveling up.
By clicking on the “coach with ideamix” button, you can start your application. After submitting an application, you will schedule an interview with an ideamix coach manager. The interview is a chance for us to get to know each other. Once you have been approved, you will set up your coach profile which offers clients an opportunity to get to know you.
We work with experienced and/or certified coaches. In addition to client references, we want to get to know you, your coaching background, your professional experience and anything else that is relevant to your coaching practice.
Our proprietary algorithm will match you with individual clients whose needs align with your expertise. These criteria include skills/programs offered, experience level and industry background. Each engagement begins with an introductory session to ensure coach-client fit.
